Returns & refunds
Because coffee is a food product, we can't accept returns of opened bags. If your order arrives damaged, is wrong, or you're not happy with it, email hello@swampladycoffee.com within 14 days with your order number and we'll send a replacement or refund.
Lost packages
If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your order, contact us and we'll help sort it out with the carrier.
